 Carnaval 2022

Con mascarilla y sin presencia de familias, pero con el colorido, la ilusión y la alegría de siempre.... hemos podido celebrar hoy nuestra fiesta de carnaval. Una fiesta de carnaval que, para los alumnos y alumnas de 6º de primaria ha sido, sin duda, la más especial.

Al son de panderetas hemos hecho nuestra entrada con la sardina (en lata este año), con cabezudos que serían luego los leones de la Cibeles y con esos impresionantes dragones que tantos años hemos visto llevar a alumnos de sexto cada año.

En este carnaval dedicado a las artes, nosotros hemos representado la arquitectura.

Como no podía ser de otra manera, hemos cerrado el baile saltando la sardina.

First  we  collect your Grammar and Vocabulary Review handouts. 

Today we are going to learn how to write a personal account, or personal narrative. That is writing about a personal experience we have had.

They are written in the first person (I, me, my) and using the past tense. They usually describe an experience that was interesting or unusual or from which the author learned something. The events are described in order.

We look at the text carefully and answer the questions in activities 2 and  3.

There are 5 steps.

First Step: First Brainstorm ideas

Second Step. Prewriting: Make a plan

Fifth Step. Writing a closing sentence or conclusion

Following what you've learned in the videos and the model on CB pages 70 and  71, WRITE about a PERSONAL EXPERIENCE, something that happened to you. We start today with a plan using AB page 64 act. 4 as a guide.
